At Down To Earth, “Community” is one of our values we pursue as a company in many ways. In every location across Florida, we love to be involved in the community by giving back, volunteering, networking, presenting, and sponsoring. We are always looking for more ways to be involved in the community. Jacksonville, Florida – Our Jacksonville team spent the day at Jacksonville Beach by spending the day cleaning up. This was a fantastic event organized by The Surfrider Foundation & Associated Builders & Contractors!
Tampa Comm
Tampa, Florida – Partnering with Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful, we spent the day with our BOMA Greater Tampa Bay peers at Desoto Park volunteering to clean up the park!
Maitland Comm
Orlando, FL – Partnering with one of our local vendors, Bloom Masters, we beautified a local church’s entrance signs with seasonal annuals to add a pop of color to the property! The team also refreshed the back of the building with some fresh mulch.
Central construction Comm
Orlando, FL – Sponsoring an event by Central Florida Chapter Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge! We enjoyed spending the day on the course and supporting the event.

Orlando, FL – Company Fridays in the summer are focused on helping our properties! Our office employees team up as the ICARE team to give an extra hand to our teams out on the field to help put some care into the properties we service.
