Down To Earth is pleased to announce a series of strategic leadership promotions designed to strengthen operations and support continued growth across the Vero Beach and Stuart markets, effective immediately.

Jamie Geller has been promoted to Branch Manager – Vero Residential Maintenance. Reporting directly to senior leadership, Jamie brings more than 14 years of leadership and landscape service experience, along with a strong track record in operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. Since joining DTE in August as Assistant Branch Manager, he has made a significant impact. His familiarity with the Vero Beach market and commitment to safety, quality, and employee engagement position him well to lead the Vero Residential Maintenance branch forward.

Chad Folds will assume the role of Branch Manager – Enhancements for both the Vero and Stuart markets. In this position, Chad will focus exclusively on enhancements across multiple markets, playing a critical role in driving growth within this segment while ensuring high-quality project execution.

Mike Miller has been promoted to Branch Manager – Vero Commercial Maintenance, where he will oversee all commercial and HOA accounts for both the Vero and Stuart markets. Mike joined DTE in October 2024 and brings more than 15 years of experience as a landscape business owner, along with a background as a PGA Golf Professional. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental in expanding and maintaining this key business segment.

Matt Gustin will take on expanded responsibilities as Assistant Branch Manager – Vero Commercial Maintenance, reporting to Mike Miller while continuing to support operations in Stuart. Matt will work closely with Mike to ensure strong team alignment and execution as the organization prepares for a successful 2026.

This updated division structure has proven effective in larger markets, including Southwest Florida, and is expected to enhance operational efficiency, support continued growth, and improve profitability across the Treasure Coast region.
