Matthew Sievert has joined Down To Earth as Branch Manager of Patch Rd. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in the landscape industry, Matthew has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving operational success, and building lasting client relationships. In his new role, he will oversee all operations at Patch Rd, working closely with crews, production managers, and clients to ensure continued success.

Luis Acosta has been promoted to the newly created position of Landscape Operations Manager for the Central Region. A valued member of the Down To Earth team for over seven years, Luis has held multiple leadership roles, most recently serving as Branch Manager for Patch Rd. His professionalism, dedication, and exceptional communication skills have been instrumental to the region’s growth. In his new role, Luis will support Branch Managers in enhancing client relationships, driving quality improvements, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction across the Central Region.
