Down To Earth Landscaping CFO

Down To Earth Landscaping announced today that Andrew Magley has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective August 11, 2025. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Tom Lazzaro.

Magley brings more than two decades of financial and operational leadership across both private and branch-based companies. He has deep expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Business Process Improvement. Most recently, he served as Chief Transformation Officer at Redwood Logistics, a leading technology-enabled logistics provider. Prior to that, he held several senior financial leadership roles at Veritiv Corporation, a Fortune 500 distribution solutions company, where he worked alongside Lazzaro.

Andrew's experience leading complex financial operations and driving transformation will be instrumental as we continue to grow our business and expand our capabilities across Florida. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.

Magley will lead Down To Earth's finance organization, supported by Controller Jennifer Anspach, Senior Director of Fleet & Safety Landon Grimm, and Director of Human Resources Gemma Naiken.
